Phoenix Motor Inc. (“Phoenix” or the “Company”) (NASDAQ: PEV), a California-based company that designs, assembles and integrates electric drive systems and light and medium electric vehicles (“EVs”), today announced the closing of its initial public offering (the “Common Stock”” of 2,100,000 common shares at a public offering price of $7.50 per share (the “Common Stock”” , for aggregate gross proceeds of $15.75 million before underwriting discounts and fees and offering expenses.The offering closed on June 10, 2022 and the common shares began trading on June 8. 2022 on the Nasdaq Capital Market under the symbol “PEV.”

Prime Number Capital LLC acted as sole bookrunner and underwriters’ representative for the Offering. Revere Securities LLC and Westpark Capital, Inc. acted as co-managers of the Offering.
