Critical missing persons investigation

Birmingham Police Department reports detectives are conducting a critical investigation of a missing person. Birmingham Police Department is asking the public for assistance in locating the child in the attached photo.

The missing person has been identified as:
Justin Allums, (10), B / M, of Birmingham, Alabama. 5’1 ” 125 lbs. Nicknamed “Doughboy. “

At approximately 5:22 p.m., the 911 Communications Division of the Birmingham Police Department received a call referring to the missing two children. The two boys, aged 4 and 10, went missing from the 4800 block of Court S Ensley.
Officers responded to the location and located the 4-year-old; he has since been reunited with members of his family. Officers are currently searching for the 10-year-old identified as Justin Allums.

Justin is described as ‘stocky’ wearing a gray long-sleeved shirt with a green and purple image of the radio, a blue / black bubble jacket, a black backpack, blue jeans and white Air Force shoes. with black laces. So far, investigators have not confirmed any evidence of foul play. Research and investigation are continuing.
