Impaired driving arrest: April 4n/a, 2022 At 12:55 a.m., Hilltown Police encountered a stopped vehicle on Hilltown Pike near Upper Church Road. Officer observed drugs and drug paraphernalia on sleeping subject’s lap. The subject was awakened and taken into custody. Accused: Amanda Cavalier, 35, of Catherine Street, Telford, PA. Charges: Possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia

Public drunkenness: May 6e, 2022 at 7:36 a.m. Hilltown Police investigated a report of a suspicious male in the Summer Court and Glenwood Drive area. The responding officer discovered a naked male subject from the waist down leaning against a parked vehicle. The officer determined that the male subject was intoxicated and he was transported to his residence and released. Accused: Michael Fothergill, 55, of Applewood Court, Perkasie, Pennsylvania. Motor vehicle theft: May 14e, 2022 at 5:47 p.m. Hilltown Police investigated a single vehicle traffic accident in the 1400 block of Highway 113. The male operator of the vehicle was found intoxicated. While investigating the crash, Hilltown Police received a secondary report of a stolen vehicle from the Walmart located at 1515 Bethlehem Pike. The vehicle involved in the accident was determined to be the vehicle stolen from the Walmart parking lot. The male subject was placed under arrest and further found in possession of drugs, drug paraphernalia and stolen merchandise from the Walmart store. The subject was transported to police headquarters and was later arraigned before Magistrate District Judge Corryn Kronnagel of Morrisville. Subject was remanded to Bucks County Correctional Facility in lieu of posting 10% of a $35,000 bond. Accused: Stephen Lewis Richards, 51, homeless. Charges: Theft by illegal taking (motor vehicle), unauthorized use of a motor vehicle, driving under the influence of a controlled substance, possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia, receiving property stolen, retail theft and driving with suspension.
